去氧核糖核酸(khì-ióng hi̍k-thn̂g hi̍k-sng),英文是deoxyribonucleic acid,縮寫DNA,指一款記載生物遺傳資料的核酸,所有的細胞生物佮大份的病毒攏靠去氧核糖核酸指導生物發育的過程,去氧核糖核酸分子是長長一條核甘酸高聚物(polymer),核甘酸的順序經過遺傳碼(genetic code)的規則對應到卵白質的氨基酸順序。

性質修改

去氧核糖核酸是幾款核甘酸反覆排列合成的一款長鍊聚合物,[1][2] 去氧核糖核酸長鍊的寬度有2.2到2.6奈米(nm),其中一个核甘酸的長度有0.33奈米,[3] 規條去氧核糖核酸真長,比論人類的染色體一號有大約220,000,000个鹽基配對 (base pair), "鹽基" 是核甘酸的一部份)[4].
